Where do I purchase tickets?Tickets are available for purchase online or at the door, 8630 San Ysidro Ave #104, Gilroy CA 95020. We accept credit cards and cash payments.

What payment options are available?You can purchase your tickets online using major debit/credit cards and at the door via cash or major debit/credit cards.

If I purchase tickets online, do I have to use them for the selected date?Yes, tickets are only valid for the night they were purchased for. If you cannot attend the day you purchased tickets for, send us an email and we will do our best to transfer your tickets to a different day during this season. Email: garliccitylights@gmail.com

When are you open?We are open Fridays/Saturdays from 6pm-10pm and Sundays 5pm-9pm. Our last day of the season will be Tuesday, December 31st. We will also be open 12/23 from 6pm-9pm, 12/30 from 6pm-10pm and 12/31 from 6pm-10pm.

Who needs tickets?Guests over the age of 2 will be required to pay an admission fee to enter Garlic City Lights.

Are there refunds?Sorry, there are no refunds. Exchanges can be made by sending an email to garliccitylights@gmail.com

Is re-entry allowed?Yes.

What if it rains?We are open rain or shine!

How much is parking?Free Parking and plenty of it.

Will there be any adult beverages for sale?Unfortunately, no. But we will have water and variety of soft drinks available, as well as pre packaged food items.

Can I bring my pets with me?While we love pets and wish we could bring our own two dogs with us, for the safety of all of our guests we do not allow pets.

Is smoking allowed?No smoking or vaping is allowed.

Is there a dress code?No dress code, but there are many wonderful opportunities to snap a great holiday family photo! We do recommend wearing layers as it does get chilly. If you are planning on roller skating, please wear thicker socks.

Can I book a private party for my friends and family?Absolutely! Send us an email at garliccitylights@gmail.com with as many details as possible and we will do our best to plan a memorable holiday.

Are there restrooms?At this time we have porta potties, with one being ADA accessible. Hand wash stations are available.

The safety of our guests is a top priority and we ask children be watched over. Our Winter Wonderland Maze decorations are not to be touched, tampered with, or climbed on.

Can we go through the maze multiple times?A new ticket is required for every entrance through the maze.

Is the Winter Wonderland maze wheelchair accesible?Yes, we are completely accessible and encourage guests who may need special accommodations to reach out to us before hand.

Can we roller skate through the maze?While it would make for some cool pictures, unfortunately skates are not allowed through the maze.

I own my own skates, do I have to pay the skate rental fee?If you bring your own skates, there is a $12 entrance fee. Skate rental is $7 for those needing skates.

Can we be thrown out for any reason?Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety. Those in violation of these rules may be asked to modify their behavior or leave the property without a refund.

Can I purchase socks?Yes you may. Please inquire with the front desk upon entering.
